Короче, я выслал на мыло - письмо, в котором я докладывал о соблюдении Кейманом аффтарских прав. Вот такое письмо:

One day one guy Keyman (his mail is: -) decided to make Expansion Pack for GTA: San-Andreas. He called it “GTA: Stanton”. Official website is http://gtarevolution.narod.ru
As I said, he decided to make Expansion Pack. He wants to make new virtual state – Stanton; its capital is Stanton Central; Liberty City, Vice City and Sin City are in this Pack as well. He is going to wipe model of San-Andreas and create new state. If you visit his site, you will see that “Rockstar Games”, “RSA Security” are his partner. And his company is “Pandemonium Entertaiment”.
First question is: is it true or not? Did he paid for using label GTA?
If you don’t mind, I’ll tell more about it. He created new gamestory and put it on forums. Critics laughed at it and advised him to bring his story to fireplace (story was very stupid). I’ll write some quotes from his announce. His quotes and my comments:
“2010. Main character is Alex Andersen. He is son of Andreas Andersen who is Godfather of Liberty City Mafia. One day Alex had flown to Liberty City, but somebody tried to kill him. Alex could escape and came to father. Then, his father sent him to meet Miguel Hernandez (head of Colombian Cartel) in restaurant” . First, it’s 2010 and Miguel was killed in 2001. And nobody doubt that Yakuza can eliminate Cartel after death of Catalina and Miguel.
“But restaurant was exploded, Miguel died and Alex is wounded. Corrupted cops charged him with killing of Miguel, and Colombian Cartel decided to kill him” Example. One guy was going to café to meet his business partner. But restaurant exploded and guy is hardly wounded. May YOUNG MAN blow up the café to eliminate his partner even risking his life? No! And show me corrupted cops trying to blame son of Godfather!
“Maria Latore and Alice Leone. Maria was wife of Salvatore, and Alice was his daughter. Alice hated his father. When Salvatore decided to kill Claude, he informed Toni, Luigi, Joey and Alice about it. He didn’t want Maria to snitch him for Claude. But Alice told Maria about trap, and Maria warned Claude. They escaped, Alice was staying with family. Salvatore was killed soon.” I have nothing against it, but…
“Claude betrayed Yakuza and came to Forelli. Alfred Forelli was passive gay, but no one of his criminal partners cared about it” Can gay be boss of criminal organization? And how can Claude betray Yakuza? Keyman said: “He wanted money”. But Yakuza pay him big money! Because he is the best killer! Only for that!
Well, look at next quote: “We decided to improve Hot Coffee. Our hero can make love not only with women, but with men too! Process of sex will be very detailed! You can see anything what you want!”
Of course, we laughed at him. We called him sex psycho.
But! As you can see, there is rating M17+ on his website! San-Andreas got AO18+ only for simple scene of adult love. And Keyman is making detailed sex and is hoping to give M17+!
Question: is it real?
Keyman decided to use graphic model of Leon Kennedy from Resident Evil. He is going to improve it in Photoshop and use it as model of Alex Andersen.
Question: can he use graphic model of Leon Kennedy? Is copyright observed?
